12.1. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, United States). The Universal Analytics operating mode is included. This allows us to assign data, sessions and interactions on different devices to a pseudonym user ID in order to analyze the activities of a user on different devices.
Google Analytics uses cookies that allow you to analyze how you use the website. In general, the information generated by the cookie as a result of the use of the website is transmitted and stored on a server in the United States. However, if IP anonymization is enabled on this website, the IP address will be truncated before transmission if you are in one of the member states of the European Union or one of the contracting states adhering to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. . The complete IP address will be transmitted to the Google server in the United States and will be truncated there only in extraordinary situations. The IP address transmitted from your browser in Google Analytics will not be combined with another type of data from Google, which will use the information obtained by order of the corresponding operator to evaluate the use you give to this website. The objective is to generate reports on the activity on the website and show the operator other services related to the use of the Internet or the website. Our legitimate interest in processing information is also for these purposes. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Article 6, paragraph 1f of the GDPR. 12.2. Google Tag Manager
For transparency issues, we want to mention that we also use the Google Tag Manager, a tool that does not collect personally identifiable information as is. The Tag Manager allows us to add and manage our tags in a simpler way. The labels are small code elements used to measure traffic and user behavior, as well as to know the impact of advertising online and through social networks, establish remarketing strategies, segment the market and optimize websites, among other things. If you deactivate them, the Google Tag Manager will take it into account. For more information about Google Tag Manager, see: https://www.google.com/analytics/tag-manager/use-policy/
.
12.3. Radar
We use Radar, a platform that takes advantage of location data to offer experiences related to products. Radar collects data related to the location to create personalized experiences and messages about products. Check Radar's privacy policy for more information: https://radar.io/privacy. You can cancel the collection of this type of data by deactivating location tracking on your device.
12.9. Comments
We aim to improve our services constantly. To this end, we use 'Usabilla' from Usabilla B.V., Amsterdam, the Netherlands for user surveys. For more information, see the Usabilla Privacy Policy at https://usabilla.com/privacy/.
13. Advertising
We use cookies for marketing purposes so that users see ads more in line with their interests, as well as to limit the number of times they are shown and measure their effectiveness. It is possible that this information is also shared with third parties, such as advertising networks. This has its legal basis in article 6, paragraph 1a and f of the GDPR. These account counters allow you to analyze information such as traffic to the pages of this website, for example. The information generated by cookies and account counters after the use of this website (including the IP addresses of users), as well as the distribution of advertising formats, are transferred and stored in the Google server in the United States. Google may share this information with its partners; however, Google does not link your IP address with other information stored. By browsing this website, users agree to Google processing their data for the purposes described above.
13.1. Google Ads and conversion tracking
We use the Google Ads display network in order to attract potential customers. In addition, in this context, we use Google conversion tracking to create personalized ads based on interests and location of the users. Google Tag Manager controls the option to anonymize IP addresses thanks to an internal configuration that is not visible in the source of this page. This internal configuration is made so that the IP addresses are anonymized as established by law.
Ads are displayed based on searches on websites in the Google ad network. We have the ability to associate our ads with certain search terms. Cookies allow us to place ads based on previous visits that users have made to our website.
When the user clicks on the ad, Google inserts a cookie on their device. If you want more information about how this technology works with cookies, check Google's statements on the statistics of the site and its data privacy policy.
Thanks to this technology, Google and we as its customers received the information that a user has clicked on an ad and was redirected to our websites. The information collected in this way is for statistical purposes only and to optimize the ads we create. We do not receive data that allows us to identify the personality of a user. The statistics sent to us by Google include the total number of users who have clicked on one of our ads, even if they have been redirected to a page on our websites with a conversion tracking label. This allows us to identify which terms are the ones that help us more to have clicks on the ads and, in turn, which ads are the ones that derive the most from users contacting us through the form.
You can avoid storing these cookies if, for example, you adjust the settings of your browser or application. By doing so, your visit is not recorded in our statistics.
In ad settings you have the option to choose the types of ads from Google or disable those that are based on interests. As an alternative, you can deactivate the use of cookies by third parties in the deactivation tool of the Network Advertising Initiative organization.
Either way, both Google and us will continue to receive statistics about how many people visit our website and when. If you do not want to be part of this analysis either, you can stop it by using additional programs in your browser, such as the Ghostery add-on.
13.2. Google DoubleClick
We use DoubleClick, a Google Inc. service that uses cookies to place online ads based on the user. Cookies detect which ads have appeared in your search engine and if you have visited a website from them. They do not collect personally identifiable information or have the authorization to link to it.
If you do not want to see ads based on the user, you can disable them in the Google ads settings.
For more information about how Google cookies are used, please consult Google's privacy policy.
13.3. Dynamic Google Remarketing
Our website uses the dynamic remarketing feature of Google Ads. This technology allows us to show ads automatically generated and directed to certain groups after visiting our website. Ads are targeted on the products and services you clicked on in your last visit to our website.
Google uses cookies to generate interest-based ads. Cookies are small text files that are stored in your browser when you visit our website. In this process, generally, Google stores information such as web request, IP address, browser type and browser language, as well as the date and time of the request. This information is used exclusively to map the web browser of a specific device. It can not be used to identify a specific person.
If you do not want to see Google ads based on the user, you can disable them in the Google ads settings.
For more information about how Google cookies are used, please consult Google's privacy policy.
13.3. Personal audiences of the Facebook product family
Personalized Facebook Audiences (Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA, 94304) for Facebook and Instagram are also used for online ads based on usage. With the information collected, an irreversible check sum (total hash) is made without personal identification that can be transmitted to Facebook for analysis and marketing purposes. During this process, a Facebook cookie is installed. To do so, information is gathered about your activities on the website, such as navigation and the subpages visited. Your IP address is stored for geographic segmentation reasons.
For more information about why we collect your information, the process that we give you and its use, as well as the privacy settings, consult the privacy policy of Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation) and Instagram (https: // help .instagram.com / 519522125107875? helpref = page_content).
14. Data transfer
Our general rule is not to transmit your data to third parties, except that the law obliges us, that we must do so to implement the contract or that you give us your express consent.
The service providers and the affiliates, such as the communication agents of the online payment systems providers, will only receive your information with the objective of processing your data. In any case, only the minimum necessary will be transmitted. If our suppliers come to contact you through your personally identifiable information, we will make sure that they do so in compliance with data protection laws, as is done during the order process. This in accordance with article 28 of the GDPR. You can also check the privacy policy of the respective provider. Each provider is responsible for the content derived from third-party services; however, we check that they comply with the law in a reasonable manner.
We try to process your data within the European Union or the European Economic Zone; however, it is possible that our suppliers process your information outside the European Union or the European Economic Zone. In these cases, we make sure that there is a reasonable level of data protection before giving you your personal identification information. This means that data protection will be carried out in accordance with the official contracts of the European Union or adjustments will be made to comply with the European Union standard.
15. Data security
We take the precautions of technical and operational security to avoid that your information is manipulated, lost, destroyed or is accessible to third parties without authorization, either by accident or intentionally. In order to adapt to the advances in technology, we constantly review and update our security measures.
